一代机王 Treo650

美国Palm公司的智能手机Treo 650发布于2004年底，相比它的前作Treo 600,他无论是在硬件机能上还是软件的完善上都有了长足的进步。
Treo 650的核心处理器采用的是intel PXA270的ARM芯片，主频速度为312Mhz。
屏幕采用的是320 x 320 点阵的高清晰度TFT显示屏幕。
电池方面一改以往，换成了可用户自行更换的1800mAh 高能充电式锂离子电池。可以达到连续使用5个小时的通话时间和两个星期的待机时间。同时主机本体还内置有蓝牙无线通讯芯片，可以实现于个人电脑的无线同步和连接蓝牙耳机进行通话。除以上所说之外，Treo 650还在机身背部上端内置了一个30万象素的CMOS摄像头，可以捕捉VGA尺寸的静态图片及影像。
在操作系统方面，Treo 650依然延续上一版本Palm Garnet 5.4.5 而没有采用最新的Cobalt。
在本体内置记忆体容量方面，它具有32MB容量，其中可供用户使用的为23MB。Treo 650的记忆体和以往的任何机器都不同，但有些类似SONY较早先发布UX50。它的内存即使在机器完全没有电力的情况下依然可以保存数据而部丢失，使用的是闪存式记忆芯片。
Treo 650具有SD卡插槽，但是遗憾的是较早先时候Sandisk发布的Wi-Fi SD网卡并不能在本机上使用
